Basingstoke Town FC
Basingstoke Town FC was established in 1896 from two local teams, Aldworth United and Basingstoke Albion. The club is currently playing the Evo-stik Southern League Premier Division and along with the Men's First Team operates a successful Academy for 16-18 year old's as well as an U21s and various youth and community teams, including a disability team. Although not directly linked to the Basingstoke Town FC, there is also a Ladies Team with both First and Reserve teams that are closely affiliated and currently play their home games at the same ground, The Camrose.
The club has enjoyed recent success under Terry Brown - former AFC Wimbledon Manager - in the form of beating Premiership Academy team AFC Bournemouth in the Hampshire Saturday Senior Cup Final and lifting the trophy in May 2017.
The club is now entering into a new chapter in it's long history, with current the Owner and Chairman stepping down and a transition to a Community Ownership model the focus for all involved - now is a truly exciting time to be associated with BTFC. #BTFCInTheCommunity
